Luis Ernesto Cruz Gamero is an associate at Lexincorp Honduras, with over five years of experience in commercial and international arbitration, corporate, construction, criminal, and intellectual property law. He advises and represents clients in arbitration proceedings as well as in civil, criminal, and administrative litigation. He has expertise in FIDIC and DAABS contracts, holding FIDIC certifications in claims and disputes under the Red, Yellow, and Silver Books. He also serves as secretary, conciliator, and arbitrator at the Conciliation and Arbitration Centres of the Chambers of Commerce of Tegucigalpa and Cortés. Luis represents Honduras in the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAAF) and the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB), and is an active member of ICCA, ITA, ICSID, and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation.
