Christopher Cross
has two decades of experience successfully completing major infrastructure projects around the globe, and brings a wealth of experience across a diverse range of sectors. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, Christopher worked in Saudi Arabia for the National Centre for Privatization, where he was a key member of the legal transaction team providing advice to the Supervisory Committees, the Ministry of Finance and contracting authorities on the delivery of PPP projects in aviation, water, waste, real estate, rail, healthcare, infrastructure (including bridges), ports, and technology to ensure compliance with the PPP Manual and international best practice. Chris holds an MsC in Construction and Arbitration Law from King’s College London.
