About Christopher Cross

Christopher Cross has two decades of experience successfully completing major infrastructure projects around the globe, and brings a wealth of experience across a diverse range of sectors. Prior to joining HSF Christopher worked in Saudi Arabia for the National Centre for Privatization (NCP), where he was a key member of the legal transaction team providing advice to the Supervisory Committees, the Ministry of Finance and contracting authorities on the delivery of PPP projects in aviation, water, waste, real estate, rail, healthcare, infrastructure (including bridges), ports, and technology to ensure compliance with PPP Manual and international best practice.
