About Nick Oury

Nick Oury is an Oxford University graduate and English-qualified lawyer, specialised in dispute resolution in the construction and infrastructure sector, with a focus on arbitration. Based in Dubai and with 15 years’ experience across three continents, Nick has led HSF’s Middle East contentious construction practice since 2019, advising employers and contractors on their claims with a view to achieving a favourable settlement or, failing that, a successful outcome in arbitration or litigation. Nick has acted on international arbitrations under the DIAC, ICC, DIFC-LCIA, LCIA and ADCCAC rules arising out of projects in all industry sectors and involving all major forms of procurement.
