About Sam Hunt

Sam Hunt is an Australia-qualified associate in Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer’s Dubai disputes practice with a focus on complex, large-scale construction and engineering disputes. He places particular emphasis on cross-border construction and infrastructure disputes. Sam has acted in a wide range of disputes arising out of major infrastructure and mining projects, in particular disputes concerning mining infrastructure, road, rail and commercial real estate. Sam has advised on arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, DIAC and ACICA rules and litigious matters in the courts of the DIFC, Queensland, South Australia and Papua New Guinea.
