About Luigi Mahfoud

Luigi Mahfoud is a distinguished lawyer whose interest and passion for the law led him to gain two years of experience at a notary firm, where he developed expertise in real estate and wealth management. Since joining Cabinet Salès in 2017, he has successfully assisted and advised clients on corporate matters and contract and labour laws. He is a graduate of Quisqueya University and holds two master’s degrees from Grenoble Alpes University and Strasbourg University in France. These qualifications solidify his reputation as a prestigious legal professional. He is a member of Haiti’s Bar, the International Bar Association, the Association of Intellectual Property in Latin America, the Internal Trademark Association and the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration. He is also a lecturer at the University of Quisqueya and UNIFA.
