He has a broad range of financial services regulatory experience and his client base includes international corporate and investment banks, custodians, investment managers, payments firms, fintechs, FMIs and market associations. He guides clients on the impact and implementation of the latest financial services legal developments as well as regulatory aspects of M&A, IPOs, restructurings and other transactions involving financial institutions. He has spent time on secondment within the prime brokerage groups of two leading investment banks, at a European-based independent clearing house and at the Berlin office.
