About Ben Morgan

Ben Morgan is a partner in the global crisis management, investigations and corporate crime teams at Freshfields. He is instructed in some of the most significant current enforcement processes both in the UK and overseas, covering risk generated by conduct entailing fraud, bribery and corruption, money laundering, sanctions breach and taxation issues. Ben was previously joint-head of bribery and corruption at the SFO, and clients find his experience of government agencies and the way they operate and interact to be a helpful complement to their own thinking, which has resulted in him now regularly being trusted to handle their most sensitive crises when necessary.
