About Emily Knight

Emily Knight is a senior associate in the global investigations and corporate crime department at Freshfields, and has experience in advising clients on criminal and regulatory matters. She has a broad practice and much of her work is multi-faceted, encompassing enforcement, regulatory, reputational and civil litigation risk. She has advised high-profile organisations in their most reputation-critical matters, including in relation to investigations by the SFO and the FRC, and has advised clients more generally on enforcement and regulatory risks in relation to money laundering, fraud, bribery and corruption, facilitation of tax evasion and in the context of M&A transactions.
