Emily Wyse Jackson
is an associate in the dispute resolution group in London, and recently completed a two-year secondment to the firm's office in Singapore. Emily advises clients across various sectors on a broad range of complex, high-value disputes. Her recent experience includes advising clients on commercial disputes, including shareholder and joint venture disputes, both in the English and other international courts and in arbitration proceedings under various institutional rules. Emily is co-author of a chapter on "Joint venture disputes".
