Elisabeth advises leading international corporations and financial institutions on both cross-border and domestic disputes and has played a key role in several landmark German cases. In addition to a strong track record in large-scale mass claims and collective actions, Elisabeth has special expertise in evaluating litigation risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Elisabeth supports clients – particularly in fast-moving and innovative sectors – by identifying potential legal challenges early, guiding on cross-border litigation risks, and implementing proactive risk-management strategies.
