About Justin Simeone

Justin Simeone is a senior associate in Freshfields’ Washington, DC, office. Justin represents individuals and corporations in white-collar defence, regulatory investigations, and civil litigation matters, including those relating to foreign corruption, securities fraud, cryptocurrency regulation, and data privacy. Justin also advises on cross-border corruption and fraud investigations involving multi-lateral development banks. Prior to joining Freshfields, Justin served as a Scholar in Residence at New York University School of Law, an Extern in the Office of the Legal Adviser at the US Department of State, and a Short-Term Consultant for the World Bank and International Labour Organization.
