is a partner in our London office and has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial disputes and investigations, including advising clients on M&A-related and shareholder disputes (recent experience includes successfully representing Aabar Investments PJS in the recent trial against Robert Tchenguiz’s company, successfully defending the Takeda/Fougera litigation, AB-InBev/SABMiller related claims, advice on contentious aspects of the proposed Three/O2 merger and on the Liverpool F.C. takeover litigation), commercial fraud and contractual disputes. He has practised in London, New York and in Hong Kong. Patrick also sits on the City of London Litigation Sub-Committee.
