His recent mandates include successfully representing a subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Corporation in the recent trial against a Robert Tchenguiz investment company, his successful defence of the Takeda/Fougera litigation, advice on contentious aspects of the AB InBev/SAB Miller takeover and the proposed Three/O2 merger and his extensive court work on the Liverpool Football Club takeover litigation.
