About Frederick Tay

Frederick Tay is a lawyer at Joyce A. Tan & Partners LLC in the firm’s corporate practice, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. He has worked on corporate transactions, including various corporate acquisitions. Frederick has more than ten years of experience in the healthcare and consumer healthcare industry, gained through his in-house role at a multinational pharmaceutical (and previously consumer healthcare) company. During his time at the organisation, he took on responsibility for advising on legal issues relating to Singapore in his capacity as legal director, as well as legal issues relating to a cluster in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore when he served as cluster legal lead.
