Jeffrey Lim is a co-managing director of Joyce A. Tan & Partners LLC, and specialises in intellectual property, data protection, cybersecurity, data governance, and artificial intelligence. He has particular industry expertise in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, media, e-commerce, and technology platforms. He is an SAL Senior Accredited Specialist in Data and Digital Economy, an honorary legal adviser to (and a Fellow of) the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) and a member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce International’s Technology Committee. He helped develop the SCS AI Ethics Body of Knowledge (BOK), and set up the SCS AI Ethics professional certification.
