About Stephanie Goh

Stephanie Goh is a legal associate at Joyce A. Tan & Partners LLC. She practises corporate law with a particular focus on IP, TMT, IT and data protection. She has assisted with various corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, including franchise licensing and contract negotiations, advisory work on telecommunications licence applications, privacy and data protection compliance and general corporate matters, as well as the drafting and review of transactional documents. She is interested in the intersection between law and technology, and has worked on drafting master services agreements for software procurement services, cloud computing services and other IT services, incorporating agile methodology commonly used in software development and tailoring those agreements to clients’ business objectives.
