About Estuardo Paganini

Estuardo Paganini is a partner at Deloitte Legal Guatemala and a lawyer and notary who graduated from Universidad Rafael Landivar. His experience is based on corporate, labour, civil, commercial, immigration, notary, tax and labour litigation, as well as prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism. Estuardo provides consulting to national and international companies in due diligence processes, evaluation of companies to be acquired both from the point of view of the buyer and the seller. He is a professor of courses in labour law, labour procedural law, tax procedural law, stock exchange and financial law at different universities.
