About Ruby Asturias

Ruby Asturias has been a partner at Deloitte Legal Guatemala since 2021. She is lawyer, specialised in M&A, infrastructure, finance and legal, with more than 25 years of experience in legal advice. Ruby has acquired extensive knowledge and cultural understanding of the regional climate and how business should be done in the Central American region, with an emphasis on multinational transactions and investments and infrastructure projects. Ruby has participated in several projects for both the public and private sector in the legal and infrastructure fields, providing advisory services in the development of feasibility studies for structuring projects under PPP and concession models in Central America.
