About Heidi Lindner

Heidi Lindner is a senior partner and head of the patent litigation department of Arochi & Lindner, with over 35 years’ experience in the area. She is considered a leading patent litigator in life sciences subjects and has a consistent record of wins, including several landmark cases, for clients in the pharmaceuticals, biotech and medical devices industries. In addition to litigation, Heidi’s practice includes licensing. She also advises on regulatory issues affecting the life sciences sector in Mexico and serves as counsel to the Mexican Association of Generic Drug Companies. Heidi has advised different Senate Commissions during the legislative discussions on amendments to IP provisions and, lately, to the new IP law.
