About Jazmín López

Jazmín López has been an associate in the information and communication technologies and copyright departments of Arochi & Lindner México since 2022. Jazmín has extensive experience in copyright and entertainment law. In the Mexican copyright office (INDAUTOR), she gained experience in international matters, the analysis and issuance of opinions on national reforms, and copyright infringement. Her knowledge has since expanded to encompass information and communication technologies (ICT). She excels in the digital field and in regulatory compliance, focusing on processes related to specialised services, anti-corruption and internal regulations for compliance with legal obligations related to the protection of personal data, information security and transfer. She acquired ISO/IEC 27701 certification in 2021.
