About Jazmín López

Jazmín López has been an associate at Arochi & Lindner since 2022 and excels in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and copyright law. With a notable background in copyright and entertainment law, Jazmín gained expertise at the Mexican Copyright Office (INDAUTOR), where she focused on international matters, national reforms, and copyright infringement procedures. Her proficiency extends to ICT digital realms and regulatory compliance. Specialising in anti-corruption, personal data protection, and information security processes, Jazmín achieved ISO/IEC 27701 certification in 2021. She obtained a master’s degree in ICT law and is an active member of the Latin American Privacy Association (ALAP).
