About Marina Gómez

Marina Gómez is a partner of Arochi & Lindner in Spain and a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in intellectual property. Specialising in trade marks, patents, design applications, advisory services, and litigation, she has managed EUIPO proceedings and collaborated with leading IP firms. As chair of the Alicante Bar’s IP section and a member of AIPPI, she is committed to advancing IP’s strategic role. She also organises and moderates conferences, and teaches in master’s programmes. She holds a law degree and a master’s in intellectual property from the University of Alicante, and is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian.
