She frequently conducts confidential internal investigations involving executive-level employees, including alleged fraud, theft or misuse of company data, trade secrets, sexual harassment and code of conduct violations. Connie is a member of the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section), the District of Columbia Bar Association (Chair of the Whistleblower and Government Contractor Committees of the Labor and Employment Section), United Way's Women's Leadership Council (Former Chair), as well as the task force rewriting the DC Superior Court Jury Instructions.
