About Guisheng Yang

Guisheng Yang is a senior partner at Beijing Dacheng Law Offices and a geological engineer. He serves as a legal adviser to the Ministry of Natural Resources of the PRC and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the PRC. He is also a practical mentor for postgraduates at the law school of Renmin University of China. Attorney Yang specialises in domestic and overseas investment and M&A in the field of energy and natural resources, commercial and administrative dispute resolution, and construction, with the experience of handling over 600 litigation and non-litigation cases.
