About Yonghui Wang

Yonghui Wang is a lawyer at Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, specialising in domestic and overseas investment and M&A in the field of energy and natural resources, and commercial and administrative dispute resolution. From June 2024 to May 2025 she served as on-site counsel to the Ministry of Natural Resources of the PRC. Attorney Wang combines solid legal theory with rich professional experience.
