About Mike Yeung

Mike Yeung maintains a broad commercial practice with a particular emphasis on company and commercial disputes, corporate governance, listco-related and securities-related regulatory compliance, financial services litigation, civil fraud and arbitration matters. Since his call to the Hong Kong Bar in 2016, Mike has been regularly instructed in high-stakes shareholder disputes, boardroom battles and cross-border investment conflicts. Prior to joining the Bar, Mike amassed a decade of frontline experience (in M&A, joint ventures, IPOs and PE funds) as a solicitor in both private practice and in-house roles across leading international law firms and top-tier financial institutions.
