About Abdullah Ishnaneh

Abdullah Ishnaneh is a partner in the onshore litigation practice based in BSA LAW’s DIFC office in Dubai. With over 20 years of experience, he specialises in various types of complex litigation and dispute resolution including insurance and reinsurance, employment, commercial disputes, debt recovery and other areas. He predominantly acts on behalf of international clients and corporations including insurance and reinsurance companies, hospitals and medical centres, and oil and gas companies. In addition to representing and advising clients during litigation proceedings, Abdullah has successfully concluded settlements on behalf of clients, provided pre-litigation advice and put forth strategies for clients to follow in order to ensure a positive conclusion to a dispute. Abdullah excels in understanding international clients’ needs while adapting those needs to the local legal framework.
