Felicity has been working in the Middle East since 2016 and has expertise in both trade mark and patent prosecution, in addition to a number of significant contentious IP matters. Felicity has worked with numerous high-profile, well-known regional and international clients who have sought to enforce their rights in the Middle East. Felicity has represented clients from a range of sectors, including aviation, telecoms, luxury fashion brands and hospitality. She obtained her LLB degree in Law from the University of Liverpool.
