About Martin Khoshdel

Martin Khoshdel is a barrister of England and Wales, having practised since 2014. He moved to Dubai in September 2021, joining a local firm and eventually joining BSA Law in September 2023. Martin’s practice has focused on representing parties in international arbitration disputes covering commercial and construction matters. He has full rights of audience before the Dubai International Financial Centre courts and Abu Dhabi Global Market courts and frequently appears on behalf of parties in commercial, construction and arbitration-related disputes.
