Nil Acar

Her experience includes acting for UAE corporates and financial institutions on secured and unsecured financings and sukuk issuances. She is admitted to practise in New York and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. She holds an LLM from New York University, where she was awarded a Dean’s Scholarship.
