Guillermo García Montúfar
is a partner of the firm and head of its real estate department. He has been principal outside counsel of several prominent entities dealing with real estate investment in Peru, as well as property formalisation programmes in Peru other countries, such as El Salvador, Haiti, Mexico, Egypt and Tanzania. He has advised the Ministry of Justice on mediation and reconciliation, and the World Bank and the Institute of Liberty and Democracy on administrative and civil law, among other things. He earned his law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and was admitted to the Lima Bar in 1982.
