He was a member of the Antitrust Commission and Technical Secretariat of the Antitrust Commission of the National Institute for the Defence of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), Peru’s competition agency. He has also held several management positions at regulatory agencies and was a member of the Advisory Board to the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Alejandro holds a Master’s degree in Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
