He was a member of the Antitrust Commission and head of the Antitrust Division of the National Institute for the Defence of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), Peru’s competition agency. He also served in several management positions at regulatory agencies and was a member of the Advisory Board to the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Mr Falla holds a master’s degree in regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, UK and a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
