About Eduardo Quintana

Eduardo Quintana is a partner at Bullard Falla Ezcurra+. His key practice areas are antitrust/competition law, economic regulation, network industries (energy, transport infrastructure and telecommunications) and concessions. He was an alternate member of the Antitrust Commission and legal co-ordinator of the Economic Analysis Division at INDECOPI. He also served as technical secretary of the Dispute Resolution Tribunal of OSIPTEL, the antitrust and regulatory agency in the telecommunications sector in Peru. Eduardo has a Master’s degree in Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
