Lucia Villaran
is a partner at Bullard Falla Ezcurra+. She has notable experience in competition law/antitrust, economic regulation and administrative law. Prior to joining BFE+, she was a competition specialist in the Competition Policy Team of the World Bank Group in Washington, DC. In Peru, she has served as an officer at OSIPTEL. Lucia has a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from Michigan University, USA, and a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
