About Jamie Kellick

Jamie Kellick is a partner in the Oman office of Kennedys and has been practising in the Middle East (Dubai and Muscat) for 15 years; he previously practised in Jersey for 11 years. This background of advising in a mixed common law and civil jurisdiction has enabled him to swiftly establish himself as an expert in the civil law systems of Oman and the UAE. Jamie advises and represents clients across the region, and is currently acting on a number of construction-related dispute arbitrations, in both ad hoc matters in Oman and before the ICC. He also advises clients on non-contentious construction and project-related matters.
