About Fabiola Medina

Fabiola Medina is founding partner of Medina Garrigó Abogados. Her key practice areas are administrative and regulatory, telecommunications, tax, civil, antitrust and consumer protection, dispute resolution (arbitration) and litigation. In addition to having been Dominican member of the International Court of Arbitration (ICC) (2005-12), she is a member of: the Dominican Bar Association; the Dominican Association of Administrative Lawyers; the Chamber of Commerce of Santo Domingo (CCPSD); the American Chamber of the Dominican Republic (AMCHAM-RD) Legal Committee; Centro de Resolucion Alternativa de Controversias (CRC); the Dominican Association of Corporate Lawyers; the Institutionalism and Justice Foundation (FINJUS)). Further, she is professor at the following prominent universities: Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), and Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), as well as professor in other institutions such as the Institutionalism and Justice Foundation (FINJUS).
