About Fabiola Medina Garnes

Fabiola Medina Garnes is the founding partner of Medina Garnes Abogados and is widely known for breaking barriers in areas of the law where women were usually absent. With 40 years of experience, she has ample experience in public administration and private practice and served as head assistant to the chief legal adviser of the president of the Dominican Republic (1982–85). Fabiola has been an associate and partner of renowned law firms concentrating on the areas of litigation, arbitration, administrative law, telecommunications and tax law.
