Jesús Francos Rodríguez is a partner at Medina Garnes Abogados, specialising in administrative law, taxation, constitutional law, telecommunications, fair competition, civil law, and dispute resolution. He has represented telecommunications providers in multiple administrative proceedings before the regulatory entity, concerning the use and administration of the radioelectric spectrum, fair competition, and interconnection contracts. Jesús was part of the legal team that won the country’s first interpretative ruling on constitutional matters.
