joined Medina Garrigó as an associate in 2015. Her postgraduate studies and practice have been concentrated in business law, administrative law, contracts, antitrust law, law and economics, among others. Ms Silié has been involved in landmark transactions in the local legal industry. She is also involved in major dispute resolution, including civil and administrative cases against the State. She is active in antitrust cases in the country, including three major cases in which the authority declared the inexistence of the anti-competitive practice. During her years of practice, Ms Silié has assisted in a wide array of mergers, acquisitions and project finance transactions, including the financing of a major hotel project in the eastern part of the country.
