Patricia Álvarez Sosa was promoted to partner of the business and finance department at Medina Garnes Abogados in June 2023. She is active in different areas of the business and corporate law, including corporate financing, M&A, contracts, corporate governance, tax law, energy law, financial market, intellectual property, real estate and trusts. Patricia has more than ten years of experience assisting national and international clients and acting as counsel in major real estate transactions, the first issuance of green bonds in the country, purchase and sale of renewable energy companies, tax advice in general and disputes regarding tax aspects, and significant loan restructurings for companies and financial entities with multi-jurisdictional security packages.
