About Daniel Coloe

Daniel Coloe has extensive experience acting in personal injury, property and marine insurance claims. He regularly acts for a number of Australian and international insurers in relation to both domestic and international marine insurance recovery and defence claims. Daniel enjoys a “hands on” role in all of his matters, including involvement in all stages from receiving initial instructions through to judgment/resolution. As the former president of the Melbourne Marine Insurance Forum and a current member of the committee in Victoria, he covers all changes in the industry as they happen and regularly advises on both domestic and international law in the marine insurance sphere.
