About Fernando Ferreira

Fernando Ferreira is a partner at Santos Neto Advogados and has more than 15 years’ experience in dispute resolution and bankruptcy and restructuring. He advises clients on civil litigation, civil liability, commercial and consumer matters, debt recovery and restructuring proceedings, with particular experience in the agribusiness sector. Fernando has worked on some of the most significant judicial restructuring proceedings involving Brazilian agribusiness, and has participated in discussions before Congress concerning amendments to the Brazilian Bankruptcy Law, as well as judicial proceedings concerning the eligibility of individual rural producers for bankruptcy protection. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Procedure Law from PUC/SP.
