About Frederico Favacho

Frederico Favacho is a partner at a Santos Neto Advogados. He graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP), holds a Master’s in Philosophy of Law and a specialisation in Securities Law, and is a PhD candidate in Private International Law. He also holds an MBA in Agribusiness (FGV), an LLM in Transnational Commercial Practice (CILS) and an LLM in Maritime Law. Frederico previously served as in-house counsel at a top private bank and at a major global trading company. He is a fellow of CIArb, a member of CBAR, GAFTA, ICA and FOSFA, and a listed arbitrator and published author.
