About Henrique Erbolato

Henrique Erbolato is a partner at Santos Neto Advogados with experience in tax consulting and litigation before judicial and administrative courts. He advises clients on tax matters related to business structuring and restructuring, M&A, corporate reorganisations, and inbound and outbound foreign investment. Henrique has advised clients across several industries, including infrastructure, healthcare, technology and telecommunications, and previously served as an administrative judge at the Taxpayers Council of the Municipality of São Paulo. He has also worked at leading Brazilian and international law firms, and at Ericsson. Henrique is a member of the Tax Management International Forum.
