He has over 25 years' experience of advising on patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, trade secrets, IP licensing and confidential information. David handles all aspects of IP, both contentious and transactional, as well as privacy, reputation management and technology contract litigation. He is a solicitor advocate and has represented clients as an advocate in IP litigation before the English courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. David is a member of the International Trademark Association and the Intellectual Property Lawyers' Association, co-chair of The Intellectual Property Lawyers' Organisation (TIPLO) and in 2012 was named head of IP in a 'Fantasy Law Firm' comprising those lawyers whom Legal Business magazine regarded as the best in their field.
