She has advised on a number of well-known and high-volume structured products programmes, and regularly advises on the Prospectus Directive and key regulatory issues that arise in relation to structured products, including product governance, unfair contract terms, the Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products Regulation and the EU Benchmarks Regulation. Jasmine also advises on the structuring and documentation of bespoke proprietary indices based on a wide range of strategies (including long/short, volatility target and momentum) and linked to a variety of underlying assets.
