Louise Forrest is a consultant in the global product litigation and product risk (safety and regulatory) practice at Ashurst, advising on matters across all stages of the lifecycle of the product, from product launches to recalls and ongoing regulatory compliance. Her work crosses many sectors including consumer products, cosmetics, apparel, and chemicals. Previously, Louise led a team of international product regulatory consultants at Compliance and Risks, a global leader in providing market access and product compliance SaaS solutions to world leading brands. Louise is an EU qualified barrister and is based in Ireland. She has particular expertise in Brexit-related matters as well as EU and UK regulatory divergence.
