Alexandra de Zwart has extensive experience as an IP and life sciences lawyer, and is recognised for her expertise in pharmaceutical patent litigation. As a senior associate in the Maddocks IP team, she delivers practical, commercially focused advice and guides clients through complex, multi-jurisdictional patent litigation and other IP disputes. Alexandra has acted in significant IP and life sciences regulatory disputes, including before the Federal Court, the Full Federal Court, the NSW Supreme Court and the Australian Patent Office, combining technical insight with strategic solutions.
