About Natasha Faigenbaum

Natasha Faigenbaum is an IP litigation associate with experience in patent, trade marks, designs, trade secrets and competition and consumer law cases across a number of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, mining, veterinary medicines, consumer products and TMT. She has a degree in neuroscience and physiology. A registered trade mark attorney, her trade mark work covers all aspects of Australian trade mark filings, prosecutions, oppositions, enforcement and trade mark portfolio management. She also gained experience at a patent attorney firm in London, assisting in a range of patent prosecutions, advisory work and patent litigation in the High Court of Justice.
