Stephen Rohl
is an IP litigation special counsel at Maddocks with more than ten years’ experience in complex multi-jurisdictional patent litigation, in particular for the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, medical devices and veterinary medicines industries. Stephen specialises in life sciences patent cases before the Federal Court and High Court of Australia, as well as disputes in the Australian Patent Office, for which he draws upon his degree in applied chemistry. He also advises on IP transactions and therapeutic goods regulation.
