About Carla Huitron

Carla Huitron is an attorney at OLIVARES, where she specialises in corporate and commercial law. With a strong focus on providing high-quality assistance to national and international clients, Carla drafts and reviews documents, including service, distribution, franchise and licence agreements, as well as supply chain, e-commerce and merchandising agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
